Our Young Athlete program offers a CrossFit-based strength and conditioning program for middle and high school athletes, designed to prepare your child to excel in high school, club and college athletics. Our Young Athlete program focuses on respect for others, dedication to training and education, and the motivated to give their best effort at all times.


Along with gaining strength from this program, I’ve also gained stability and mental toughness. I really like how hard the coaches push me because even though it hurts at times, I know I’m just getting better.
