SCHEDULE

Drop-ins: Please email corey@crossfitrepo.com with your CrossFit training history and training session you wish to attend.
Drop-ins that are active in another box pay only $10 with an email from your coach verifying your box affiliation. All others are $20.

​CrossFit: high intensity, functional movements utilizing barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and all things CrossFit
Weightlifting: barbell work including olympic and power lifting skill and strength development
CrossFit 101: beginners training introducing the 9 foundational movements at a pace designed for those new to CrossFit
REPOENDURANCE: high intensity, functional movements without the barbells; multiple WODs
TEAM WOD: train as a team and compete against your friends.  This class is always FREE!
Sports Performance: training for high school, collegiate and professional athletes
