Drop-ins: Please email info@crossfitrepo.com with your CrossFit training history and training session you wish to attend, or sign up on WODify.
Drop-ins that are active in another box pay only $10 with an email from your coach verifying your box affiliation. All others are $20.

​CrossFit: High intensity, functional movements utilizing barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and all things CrossFit.
GoFit: A less intimidating option than traditional CrossFit, it's still an equally good workout. Our coaches take you through bodyweight functional movements that will help you train for life.
Young Athletes: Ages 13+, designed to help establish healthy lifestyle habits and lead more active lifestyles.
Saturday WOD: Train as a team and compete against your friends. This class is always FREE!
