CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. It is not a specialized fitness program, but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in 10 areas of fitness.

 

GOFIT

If you are looking to improve your physical fitness and don’t know where to start, or if you are already active but feel like you need a little more motivation or intensity in your workouts, GoFit is the class for you.

 

YOUNG ATHLETES

Young Athletes, for those 13 and older, is designed to help establish healthy lifestyle habits and lead more active lifestyles. The hope is that they will realize fitness can be fun while also developing a positive self-image.

 

CROSSFIT KIDS

Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.
