While it's a less intimidating option than traditional CrossFit, it's still an equally good workout. Our coaches take you through bodyweight functional movements that will help you train for life — because let’s be real, we only have one life and the better you move, the better your quality of life is.
There is no pre-cursor to this class. You don’t need to “get into shape” or “better prepare yourself” for it, you just have to show up and let our coaches help you reach your goals.
