Chris learned the importance of being fit as a three-sport athlete in high school. That, he says, carried over into his service in the United States Marines.
“The Marines are physically demanding and because of that, it led me to a lifetime of fitness,” he said. “I used that fitness to compete in in rugby, triathlons, ultra marathons and ultimately, CrossFit.”
Chris says of all the physical fitness activities he has been involved it, CrossFit has been “exceptional.”
“To watch people improve themselves in a positive group atmosphere has been extremely satisfying and something I want to be a part of for rest of my life,” he said.
